Information You Provide

  • Account information: When you create an account, we collect your username, first name, last name, email address, and a hashed password.
  • Contact form submissions: When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, company name, and message content. This data is processed by Formspree, Inc., our form submission provider.
  • Business data you upload: When using the OMAP platform, you may provide business information such as company profiles, financial data, customer data, sales records, and strategic planning inputs. You control what data you provide.

Information Collected Automatically

  • Authentication tokens: We use JSON Web Tokens (JWT) for session authentication. These are not stored as cookies; they are passed via URL parameters and stored in your browser’s local storage.
  • Server logs: Our servers automatically record basic request information such as IP address, request time, and pages visited for security and troubleshooting purposes.

Third-Party Services

Our website and application use the following third-party services that may collect information:

  • Google reCAPTCHA: Used on our contact form and login page to prevent automated abuse. Google may set cookies and collect data as described in Google’s Privacy Policy.
  • Formspree: Processes contact form submissions. See Formspree’s Privacy Policy.
  • Calendly: Used for scheduling demo meetings. See Calendly’s Privacy Policy.

We do not use analytics tracking, advertising pixels, or behavioral tracking tools on our website or application.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the OMAP platform
  • Process your account registration and authentication
  • Respond to your contact form submissions and inquiries
  • Generate strategic analysis and advisory outputs based on data you provide
  • Protect against unauthorized access and abuse

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Storage and Security

  • Infrastructure: Your data is stored on secured servers hosted by DigitalOcean, Inc. (United States) and Neo4j AuraDB (graph database). Automated weekly backups are maintained.
  • Encryption: All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using TLS/SSL (HTTPS). Passwords are hashed using PBKDF2 with per-user salts and are never stored in plain text.
  • Access controls: Server access is restricted to authorized personnel via SSH key authentication with firewall protection.

While we implement commercially reasonable security measures, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

Confidential Business Data

You may upload or input confidential business information into the OMAP platform, including but not limited to customer lists, financial records, sales data, and strategic plans. We treat all business data you provide as confidential and will not access, use, or disclose it except as necessary to provide the OMAP service to you.

However, you acknowledge that:

  • You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of data you upload
  • You should maintain your own backups of any business data you provide
  • We are not liable for data loss, corruption, or unauthorized access despite our reasonable security measures (see our Terms of Service for full liability terms)

Data Retention

  • Account data: Retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion by contacting us.
  • Business data: Retained for as long as your account is active to support ongoing strategic analysis. Data from prior sessions informs cross-cycle reviews and trend analysis.
  • Contact form submissions: Retained by Formspree according to their data retention policies.
  • Server logs: Retained for up to 90 days for security and troubleshooting purposes.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Delete your account and associated data

Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
